The Yongzhou-Xinning expressway, with a total length of about 64.382 kilometers, and a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour, has an estimated total investment of 9.76 billion yuan. It starts from Dimatang, Jingtouwei Town, Dong 'an County, connects with the proposed Yongzhou to Lingling Expressway, passes through Shankou Pu in Dong' an County, north of Dong'an County, Tongjiang and Yidu water in Xinning County, ends at Huilong Temple in Xinning County, and connects with the proposed Baicang to Xinning Qingjiangqiao Expressway. The Xinning section of Yongxin Expressway is about 33 kilometers, with a total investment of 4.68 billion yuan. After the completion of the project, it will become the horizontal liaison line of the new channel out of the province, and the economic development corridor in the Nanshan district of western Hunan will further improve the livelihood of the people along the line.
