A1: Our company promise one year warranty period, during this period, under normal use if there is damage to the accessories, we will provide our customers with free new accessories.

Q2: How about the delivery time?

A2: Usually producing time is 15-20days after we receive the advanced payment. For some standard products, we may have stock and could delivery immediately.

Q3: Can JiaWei provide customized products?

A3: Yes, we can provide customized products per your request, We’ve done a lots of non-standard products, welcome your special request.

Q4: Could we request our own color for the products?

A4: Yes, of course, you just need to offer us the RAL code.

Q5: What is your payment method ?

A5: 100% Or 50% T/T advance, the balance should be pay off before shipment.

Q6: What is your MOQ ?

A6: Without limited MOQ. If the quantity is large, the price can be more favorable.
