Integrated design and full-process production

Integrated design :Following the characteristics of medical vehicles, we comprehensively match the chassis, exterior, interior, and electrical appliances, and continuously improve the special functions of the vehicle from the actual needs of customers;

Full-process production :design, manufacturing and equipment assembly are integrated throughout the whole process, realising the assembly line operation of vehicle-type parts, welding, painting, assembly and special processing workshop, forming the vehicle in one go and avoiding the damage to the vehicle caused by the secondary modification.

Vehicle-mounted central heating and cooling inverter air-conditioning

Good cooling effect : compared with the traditional programme, four indoor air-conditioning units are installed on the top of the vehicle, two in the front and two in the rear, and the air ducts supply air with high wind speed and far distance, avoiding the shortcomings of uneven cooling of household air-conditioning.

Good comfort : travelling and parking vehicles share a set of air ducts and air outlets, and the size and orientation of the air volume can be freely adjusted.

High space utilisation : there is no need to install a separate air conditioning internal unit to enhance space utilisation, and the whole car uses one air conditioning external unit, greatly improving the luggage compartment space.

Business interior : moulded business interior, leading the development trend of the third generation of medical vehicles, creating a warm and comfortable customer experience.

Green environmental protection : the environmental protection in the car reaches 3.5 level (formaldehyde content is only 1/10 of the industry standard), providing a safe, environmentally friendly and pollution-free green medical check-up environment for medical personnel.

Industry-exclusive DR dual power supply

Ralises the dual power supply solution of DR mains 220V and independent generator, adopting ultra-quiet generator, sharing the fuel tank with the vehicle, and realising remote control with touch panel and one-button operation on the dashboard.

Parking independent heating system

Easy to use : independent heating can work alone after the vehicle is parked and switched off;

Good heating effect : fuel heating boiler heating using water circulation heating system, compared with air conditioning heating, the humidity inside the car increases, the air is not dry, the heating effect is good, the environment is more comfortable.

Physical examination information management system

Wired LAN and 4G wireless network are configured in the medical check-up vehicle, which can automatically summarise the data of medical check-up results such as ultrasound, ECG, DR, pure tone electro-audiometry, etc., and print the report; interconnect with the station, and transmit the information back to the station; and automatically upload to the cloud platform to realise remote consultation.
