Self-made fan with strong suction

Equipped with exclusive patented high-pressure centrifugal fan, with less wind resistance and vortex area, the maximum operating air volume can reach 20,000m³/h, and the ash is not easy to fall, with less wind and vortex area. The silencer is added to the air outlet, which reduces the noise of the whole vehicle by 2dB.

Safe and Intelligent Operation

The LCD screen is set in the cab, with one-key control of main functions, automatic storage of operation modes and synchronized animation display; at the same time, it monitors the operation status in real time, with voice alarm and troubleshooting functions.

Powerful dust reduction, high efficiency and environmental protection

Sweeper and suction cups are equipped with nozzles to realize spraying dust reduction, so that the garbage in the air ducts quickly form clusters and settle down to the garbage bin.

Ultra-clean four sweeps and three suction

Adopting the layout form of “four sweeping disks in the center + rear wider rolling sweeping suction nozzle”, the sweeping device selects large diameter sweeping disks, unequal width design in front and back, with a maximum sweeping width of 3.8m, and full coverage of single-lane sweeping; matching with 1820mm wide suction cups to form a three-channel structure, with a strong pick-up ability.

Wear-resistant brushes and moving sweeper

The bristles of the sweeping brush are lined with steel wires, which are wear-resistant, elastic and bending-resistant, and the bristles are stable when rotating at high speed; the sweeping mechanism can realize automatic obstacle avoidance and automatic height adjustment, so that the sweeping plate is not damaged and not missed.

Rich Configuration

It is equipped with self-cleaning function of dumpster as standard, no need to clean manually; with 20m long high-pressure reel, it has wide cleaning range. The front end of the vehicle can be equipped with optional snow and ice removal equipment, which is convenient for snow removal operations in winter; the tail end is equipped with optional anti-collision buffer pads, which is able to withstand the impact caused by 2-ton vehicles at a speed of 80km/h to ensure safety.
