RP405 Paver

RP405IV paver belongs to the category of small wheeled pavers with a paving width ranging from 0.8 to 4.5 meters. It is widely applicable for paving construction on small roads such as sidewalks, bicycle lanes, and farm roads, and is particularly suitable for maintenance work on graded highways. The entire machine is driven by a full hydraulic system, employing noise reduction, thermal balance, and power matching technologies, ensuring efficient, energy-saving, and stable power output. The conveying system and material distribution system have been comprehensively upgraded, featuring left and right independent conveying systems and an automatic material distribution lifting system, which enhances the supply capacity and ease of use. A new generation of small paver control system is equipped, significantly improving the ease of use and reliability.

● The machine is miniaturized, with a total width of 2 meters and a length of 5.8 meters. It can meet the construction requirements for urban communities and alleys. It is suitable for the paving and maintenance work of "groove" milling. 

● It adopts a fully hydraulic independent drive system and a crawler-type walking device, with strong traction; it is equipped with a 260mm-wide split-type crawler plate, which has a large ground contact area and high adhesion, enabling it to be suitable for the construction of various types of material carts. 

● The engine is a diesel engine with a two-stroke water-cooled turbocharger (103kW at 2000rpm). It has ample power reserve and adopts noise reduction, thermal balance and power matching technologies, resulting in excellent fuel efficiency and low noise levels. 

● The hydraulic system employs load-sensitive control technology, which allocates the power output demands based on the size of each functional load, ensuring efficient and energy-saving power output, and making the system stable and reliable.
