RP505IV paver belongs to the category of small wheeled pavers with a paving width ranging from 0.8 to 5.0 meters. It is widely applicable for paving construction on small roads such as sidewalks, bicycle lanes, and farm roads, especially for the maintenance of graded highways. The entire machine is driven by a full hydraulic system, employing noise reduction, thermal balance, and power matching technologies, resulting in efficient, energy-saving, and stable power output. The conveying system and material distribution system have been comprehensively upgraded, adopting left and right independent conveying systems and automatic material distribution lifting systems, which enhance the supply capacity and ease of use. A new generation of small paver control system is configured, significantly improving the ease of use and reliability.

● The machine is miniaturized, with a total width of 2 meters and a length of 5.8 meters. It can meet the construction requirements for urban communities and alleys. It is suitable for the paving and maintenance work of "groove" milling. 

● It adopts a fully hydraulic independent drive system and a crawler-type walking device, with strong traction; it is equipped with a 260mm-wide split-type crawler plate, which has a large ground contact area and high adhesion, enabling it to be suitable for the construction of various types of material carts. 

● Equipped with a Cummins water-cooled turbocharged electronically controlled diesel engine (108kW/2000rpm), it has ample power reserve. By applying noise reduction, thermal balance and power matching technologies, it offers excellent economy and low noise. 

● The hydraulic system employs load-sensitive control technology, which allocates the power output demands based on the size of each functional load, ensuring efficient and energy-saving power output, and making the system stable and reliable.
