RP603L Paver

RP603L paver is the first fully hydraulic medium-sized 3-wheel paver launched by XCMG. The entire machine is driven by hydraulic power and controlled automatically by electro-hydraulic systems, featuring advanced technology and reliable performance. It is widely applicable to a wide range of paving projects including sidewalks, bicycle lanes, urban roads and small roads. The paving width of this machine can be adjusted from 25 meters to 60 meters, making it particularly suitable for maintenance work on graded roads.

● Machine intelligence, a spreading width ranging from 2.5 meters to 6.0 meters, and the maneuverability of the tire spreader for moving between sites, have well met the construction requirements for sidewalks, urban residential areas and alleys. 

● It adopts a fully hydraulic bridge-driven automatic differential transmission system, with the rear four wheels driven by tires, featuring excellent maneuverability, a large contact area, and strong adhesion. 

● For the diesel engine, the Shate SC4H+ water-cooled engine (103kw/2000rpm) is selected. It adopts high-pressure common rail technology, meets the national IV emission standards, and is equipped with a brand-new diesel engine management system. It has sufficient power reserve, good economy, low noise and long service life. 

● The hydraulic system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional control technology. The feeding and discharging are driven independently, ensuring efficient and rapid power output and guaranteeing the reliability of the system.
