Material: High-quality steel plate, treated with advanced anti-corrosion technology

Structure: Frame welded, with longitudinal and transverse anti-sway plates inside the tank to reduce the impact of water on the tank during vehicle movement; the front and rear wall plates of the tank are folded with trapezoidal reinforcing ribs to ensure sufficient strength and rigidity of the tank.

The top of the tank is equipped with a quick-opening manhole for easy access by maintenance personnel. Inside the tank, there is a device to prevent the formation of vortices when the water pump draws water, which may affect the flow rate, and a filter screen.

The tank is equipped with a stainless steel float-type liquid level indicator, which can display the capacity of the fire extinguishing agent in the tank through the liquid level gauge on the instrument panel; the bottom of the tank has a drain port with a stainless steel ball valve.

The tank is equipped with 1 x 76mm overflow pipe and 2 x 76mm filling ports on both sides of the vehicle body for water supply and refilling by other vehicles.

Process: Welding is firm and reliable, with removal and cleaning of slag, false welding and other defects; after welding, the tank should undergo a 24-hour static water pressure test to ensure no leakage.
