Material: Water tank: High-quality steel plate, treated with advanced anti-corrosion technology; Foam tank: High-quality 304# stainless steel

Structure: Welded frame, with longitudinal and transverse anti-sway plates inside the tank to reduce the impact of water on the tank during vehicle movement; the front and rear walls of the tank are folded with trapezoidal reinforcing ribs to ensure sufficient strength and rigidity of the tank.

The top of the tank is equipped with a quick-opening manhole for easy access by maintenance personnel. Inside the tank, there are devices and filters to prevent the formation of vortices when the water pump draws water, which could affect the flow rate.

The tank is equipped with a stainless steel float-type liquid level indicator, which can display the capacity of the fire extinguishing agent in the tank through the liquid level gauge on the instrument panel. There is a drain port with a ball valve at the bottom of the tank.

The tank is equipped with two 76mm overflow pipes, one on each side of the vehicle, and two 76mm filling ports for water supply and liquid filling from other vehicles.

Process: The welding is firm and reliable, with defects such as slag inclusion and false welding removed and cleaned. After welding, the tank should undergo a 24-hour static water pressure test to ensure no leakage.
