The new Arocs 3345 chassis inherits the brand DNA of Mercedes-Benz family, with its tough exterior and comfortable cab. The Mercedes-Benz Telligent® electronically controlled intelligent braking system is applied to make the steering operation easier.

Mercedes-Benz Arocs is equipped with ABS + ASR anti-skid system, independent dual-circuit compressed air braking system with 12.5 bar reserve pressure and 10 bar continuous braking pressure, front and rear full disc brakes with automatic adjustment of brake pad gap, electronic parking brake system and hill start assist system; all these active and passive safety assistance systems further enhance the driving safety. Standard Mercedes-Benz G280-16, fully automatic intelligent transmission with 16 forward gears and 4 reverse gears. A wide range of pick-up options and optimized connection angles. Power take-off: speed ratio 1.65, max. torque 2000 N.m, with 120 mm flange with end teeth, output from the top left of the gearbox. Hook-up and disconnection is only permitted when the vehicle is stationary. Power can be delivered while the vehicle is stationary.

The new Arocs 3345 chassis has improved beam material strength, firmer suspension, larger approach angle, passing angle and front and rear axle ground clearance, stronger load-carrying capacity and better passing, better torsional performance and dynamic stability. In addition, the Arocs series chassis has five other advantages that are very favorable for modification:
