Attracting Pressure Delivery Vehicles

1. Material Characteristics :

Specific gravity of the material is 0.5~2(t/m³), room temperature ≤120℃, maximum particles ≤3~5mm (not more than 10%), water content ≤10%, no viscosity, no flammable components.

2. Use and requirements :

Attractive pressure feeder is used to transfer dust ash on hardened flat road, loading with negative pressure, unloading with positive pressure pneumatic unloading or back cover opening type dumping. The filtered dusty air meets the environmental emission standard, and the vehicle adopts a tank structure.

Suction process

Suction mainly relies on the vacuum pump to generate negative pressure to pump in air and materials to complete. The air carries the material from the suction pipe to the main material tank through the inlet valve and cyclone separator expansion, most of the material remains in the main material tank, a small amount of the remaining material is taken away by the air through the filtering bag chamber inlet valve through the linear separation expansion into the filtering bag chamber. The clean air filtered by the filter bag is discharged into the atmosphere through the metal filter, vacuum pump and silencer. When the material is sucked in, there is positive pressure to blow back and clear the dust on the filter bag to ensure the permeability of the filter bag, and the metal filter acts as the last protection to prevent the material from entering into the vacuum pump in case of the filter bag breakage.

Discharge process

Discharge mainly depends on the air compressor to generate compressed air, the use of fluidisation devices will be the tank material discharged through the tailgate and discharge port. The tank can also be lifted and dumped. When the vehicle arrives at the designated place (put down the rear outrigger to stabilise the body) to ensure safety, the front roof will be opened, and the materials will naturally fall along the wall of the tank through gravity to achieve the purpose of discharging.
