Description
Crane arm

Lifting mechanism

Oil cylinder

The piston rods (solid) are all heat-treated, with high hardness and thick chrome plating, which can easily cope with high-intensity operations;
Fully use imported sealing components (Germany, the United Kingdom and Italy's special seal series), and adjust each sealing combination according to different cylinder structures in order to achieve the most perfect state of the cylinder;
The piston support ring adopts imported materials with high temperature resistance and wear resistance, and the design requires the use of a double support ring or a large-area single support ring structure.During wrecking operations, such as when the cylinder is subjected to a large lateral force, the high-standard support ring can ensure the stable operation of the cylinder and avoid damage caused by direct friction between the piston and the cylinder wall, the piston rod and the cylinder head;
The high-precision imported CNC machining center is used to process the cylinder piston and cylinder head to obtain a high standard of sealing.

Ground support mechanism
The ground support mechanism includes two parts, the front outrigger and the rear outrigger.Complex rescues often require the boom to perform lateral lifting and towing operations for rescue.The ground support mechanism greatly improves the anti-overturning ability of the wrecker truck when lifting sideways.
