DWS Series Single Arm Anchor Rock Drill Trolley

According to the real demand of anchor construction in the construction site, our company designed a series of single-arm anchor rock drilling carts for anchor support in tunnel construction, with three different sizes of DWS70, DWS90, DWS31 to meet a variety of different sizes of tunnels, culverts and different excavation methods of tunnelling and rock drilling for anchor holes, due to the small size of the whole machine walking and flexible, easy to operate and so on, to meet the needs of the medium and large tunnels step method, CD method, leave the core soil, medium-sized tunnels full section excavation and other methods, such as anchor and boring hole construction. The machine can meet the requirements of medium and large tunnels, such as step method, CD method, leaving core soil, medium-sized tunnels with full-section excavation, and other methods, such as anchor rods and boring holes construction. Especially when the upper and lower guide step method excavation using multiple side-by-side use, it can replace the manual drilling inconvenient operation of radial anchor holes, over-support holes, locking holes, grouting holes, anchor holes and other operations have obvious advantages.

High efficiency and high power hydraulic rock drill

● Standard configuration A18D/L high power rock drill, 18KW rock drilling power, almost able to cope with most of the rock conditions, with the double buffer system can effectively reduce the consumption of drilling tools, making rock drilling and drilling work more cost-effective and more efficient, reducing operating costs.

Fully hydraulic parallel telescopic drilling arm

● With omni-directional parallel holding function and single-action function, and single-handle direct positioning, it can quickly and accurately locate peripheral holes, trenching holes, anchor holes, over-head support holes, grouting holes, etc.

● The drilling arm can be turned 360° by the screw cylinder; 

● Rectangular cross-section design for easy maintenance and better rigidity, and the telescopic function of the drilling arm enables a wide range of rock drilling.

Safe and efficient hydraulic control system

● Adopting international famous brand hydraulic system, the optimized hydraulic control system makes all movements smooth and flexible, and the operation is more comfortable.

● Safety alarm system and self-diagnostic system make the equipment have higher operational security.

● Rock drilling system is equipped with automatic anti-jamming function, automatic retreat and stop drilling function after completion of drilling, anti-jamming and anti-drilling two-level protection function, which can reduce the consumption of drilling tools.

Microcomputer real-time monitoring of operating status

● Microcomputer display to monitor the operation status of the equipment.

● Touch screen display: monitoring the operation status and running time of rock drilling system through sensors, if there are faults, it will prompt an alarm message, which is convenient for regular maintenance.

● Hydraulic oil temperature and oil level, lubricating oil system failure, water pump pressure and electrical system failure alarm prompts for operators and maintenance personnel to keep track of equipment operation and quickly deal with the fault location.

A variety of different hole depths of aluminum alloy propeller beam for choice.

● The push beam adopts aluminum alloy push beam: it has high bending and torsion strength and long service life.

● The surface of the propeller beam is covered with stainless steel skin to protect the propeller beam from damage, and PTFE (solid lubrication block) wear-resistant liner is adopted between the moving parts, so there is no need to do lubrication.

● Pusher beam (optional): different specifications can be selected according to the roadway and the length of anchor rods.

● Air compressor: It is used in the lubrication system of rock drill to ensure the reliability of rock drill lubrication.

● Water pump: centrifugal pressurized water pump with pressure relief valve to meet the slag discharge of rock drilling holes.

● Cable reel: Hydraulic control cable take-up and take-down.
