Straight Flat Drill Arm

Elevated console for better control of over and under excavation
● The elevated operating platform is 3m high from the ground, which is intuitive to the positioning of the boom on the top of the palm surface, without angle visual difference, and the peripheral external insertion angle control is more accurate, so as to better control the over-digging.
Dual-mode control, streamlining personnel
● Centralized console + remote control, mode switching at any time, long hole drilling can be operated by one person to control two jibs, streamlining personnel, lower cost of use.
● Manual mode: used for rock drilling operation, controlled from the cab, the cab can be raised and lowered, in line with FOPS anti-falling object impact requirements, high safety.The cab can be lifted to a high position during operation, which is easy to locate the step or the whole palm face excavation with better visibility and more accurate and faster positioning.
● Remote control mode: when used for anchor construction, the operator can carry the remote control to detach from the operating station during the header anchor construction, which makes the positioning more convenient and fast during the anchor construction.
Adaptability to all working methods
● The design of the extended boom not only meets the needs of full-section operations, but also meets the excavation methods such as upper and lower channel excavation and micro-step synchronization. Since the walking state size of the straight boom design is the operating state size, it also meets the construction capacity of 6x5m small holes. The 2500mm long-stroke telescopic drilling boom is designed to meet the three stages of synchronous excavation, and the equipment stops at the lower steps to meet the “upper, middle and lower” synchronous blasting, and the total depth of the steps is 10m.It solves the problem that the “short” depth of the drill arm of traditional rock drilling equipment cannot meet the step spacing.
