Description
XTGT series tunnel arch installation trucks can adapt to various specifications of steel arch installation, auxiliary loading platform, auxiliary prying hair and ventilation pipe work and other multi-functional, multi-purpose tunnel construction machinery. It can meet the standardization and safety requirements of installing single/multi-bay steel arches (I-beam arch, H-beam arch, steel lattice arch) in railroad and highway tunnels; it can meet the requirements of installing distance of steel arches in single, double and triple excavation of a single hole (full section, step, reserved core soil); according to the needs of users, there are two models, XTGT3 and XTGT2, to choose from. XTGT3 three arms and three baskets, using diesel power for walking, can meet the hole power shortage for construction, with power construction operations, the car four-wheel four-wheel drive, integral chassis, construction stability, three arms and three baskets design, the left and right side wall basket quick-change design, grab the arch flexible, and to meet the needs of the arch of the narrow space, the middle arm of the basket is used for the link bolts, configured with the crushing hammer to deal with the flexibility of underdigging and prying the hair row of risk. The multi-stage telescopic boom is designed to lift 12.8m high and 19m wide.
