Description
NC1800 Multifunctional Slipform Paver is a multi-purpose cement concrete construction equipment independently developed by our company, which is multi-purpose and can achieve various mould configurations, and is widely used in the construction of road drainage ditches, spillways, kerbstones, shoulder stones, concrete parapets, concrete concrete structures and agricultural water conservancy drains, etc. It replaces the traditional process, and improves significantly the quality and speed of the construction of cement concrete structures. The machine has a large power reserve and is fully electronic.
The machine has large power reserve, full electronic control, full hydraulic power drive, proportional control, three crawler walking, equipped with automatic steering and automatic levelling control system, and can complete the process of vibration, paving and extrusion moulding of cement concrete structures at one time.
Product Features :
● Multi-purpose machine, through replacing all kinds of moulds and precise adjustment and control of vehicle status, it can realize precise slipform paving of road drainage ditch, spillway, curbstone, shoulder stone, concrete guardrail and agricultural water conservancy water channel.
● Three track walking, hydraulic independent drive, proportional control two-speed motor, large speed ratio planetary gear reducer, closed-loop control of paving speed, PID adjustment, to ensure the stability of paving speed and improve the quality of slipform paving; three track steering device is equipped with displacement sensors, which can be crab-type walking, co-operative steering, and the turning radius is small, to ensure that the equipment is quickly in position.
● Strong engine power; the hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive variable control, supplying oil according to the actual load size and speed, with low fuel consumption, energy saving and environmental protection.
● Operating console humanised design, man-machine interaction control screen, clear graphical identification symbols, make the paver operation simple and easy; equipped with IOT platform, with construction management and monitoring system, alternative remote control device.
● The steering lift adopts hydraulic proportional control and is equipped with two longitudinal slope sensors, one transverse slope sensor and two steering sensors. The sensors and controller adopt CAN bus communication to improve the equipment's response speed and smoothness, ensure precise linear control and realise stacked paving.
● According to the needs of working conditions, it can achieve right-side paving and middle paving; hydraulically adjusting the right front outrigger internal and external swing, the left front outrigger and rear outrigger expansion and contraction, which is more adaptable; the mould fixing device adopts hydraulic horizontal and vertical bi-directional adjustments, which allows for the rapid replacement of various types of moulds.
● The swing, inclination and expansion of the winch feeding device are hydraulically adjusted, which is convenient for operation and applicable to various working conditions; the large storage space can realise the secondary mixing of cement concrete.
