Anti-skid treatment on the board

The new type of stamping adopts corrugated type combined with anti-skid nail structure, and the board surface becomes smoother.The resistance of the upper plate of the auxiliary wheel is reduced, the work is easier, and the anti-skid performance is excellent.

The board surface is smoother, stronger and more durable

The strength, stiffness and flatness of the assembly formed by cold stamping are much higher than that of the general curved pattern plate tiling structural panel.

There are only four assemblies on the board surface, which greatly reduces the deformation and welding stress caused by welding; the pre-deformation welding process is used to cancel out the stress between the welding deformation and the pre-deformation.

Hydraulic systems

The flat-plate wrecker truck is fully hydraulically driven and integrates various functions such as lifting, carrying, towing, and pulling.

Hydraulic oil circuit

The hydraulic oil pipe adopts high-pressure galvanized steel pipe, which has high pressure resistance, good heat dissipation performance, beautiful appearance and durability, and its service life can be synchronized with the upper installation;

The hydraulic pipe joint adopts imported card sleeve type rigid connector (Germany), which greatly reduces the phenomenon of oil leakage and oil seepage at the interface, and the service life can also be synchronized with the installation.

Reversing valve

Imported multi-way directional control valve (Italy) is adopted and the installation method is optimized to ensure the safe operation of the multi-way directional control valve under various extreme conditions of use;

Oil cylinder

The inner walls of the cylinder are all boring and rolling processes, the inner walls of the cylinder are harder, wear-resistant and smoother, and the seals are fully protected;

The piston rods (solid) are all heat-treated, with high hardness and thick chrome plating, which can easily cope with high-intensity operations;

Fully use imported sealing components (Germany, the United Kingdom and Italy's special seal series), and adjust each sealing combination according to different cylinder structures in order to achieve the most perfect state of the cylinder;

The piston support ring adopts imported materials with high temperature resistance and wear resistance, and the design requires the use of a double support ring or a large-area single support ring structure.During wrecking operations, such as when the cylinder is subjected to a large lateral force, the high-standard support ring can ensure the stable operation of the cylinder and avoid damage caused by direct friction between the piston and the cylinder wall, the piston rod and the cylinder head;

The high-precision imported CNC machining center is used to process the cylinder piston and cylinder head to obtain a high standard of sealing.

Folding introduction

The angle between the flat plate and the ground is adjusted by the folding mechanism to prevent the collision between the front suspension of the rescued vehicle and the flat plate, the rear suspension and the ground, and protect the rescued vehicle from damage.

The minimum angle between the board surface and the ground is 8-10° (depending on the model), which is suitable for the operation needs of most domestic and foreign trolley chassis heights.

When some cars with lower chassis are currently reaching the flatbed, the front suspension may collide with the flatbed. The folding flatbed can easily cope with this problem that is difficult to solve with traditional flatbeds.

When the rear wheels of some cars with lower chassis reach the flat plate, the angle between the rear suspension and the ground is adjusted by the folding mechanism, so that the vehicle can go on the plate easily without collision.
