RP1255TIV type paver features reliable quality and excellent operational performance. This machine adopts full hydraulic drive and micro-computer control, left and right independent drive, ultrasonic material level sensing control, electronic automatic leveling, double vibration compaction, variable frequency heating and other advanced technologies of the world today. These features enable this machine to have good paving stability, uniform material feeding and supply, high pre-compaction density, good flatness, comfortable operation, convenient maintenance, energy conservation and environmental protection. 

Product Features :

● The mature and reliable Shangchai SC9DF330 diesel engine is adopted, with powerful output reaching 243kW. The engine's rated speed is 1800r/min, and it also features an economical speed mode, achieving excellent energy-saving and noise-reduction effects. 

● The vehicle is equipped with independent left and right drive systems. It is controlled by a microcomputer. The spreading speed is automatically controlled at a constant speed using closed-loop control technology, with excellent linear performance. 

● The triple-in-one powerful composite radiator is adopted, which ensures continuous operation for a long time even under an ambient temperature of 45℃. The fan speed is automatically adjusted continuously according to the water temperature and hydraulic oil temperature, achieving energy saving and noise reduction.  

● The material feeding system is driven by four independent full-hydraulic systems. The feeding process is controlled by material hammers, while the material distribution is regulated by ultrasonic sensors. The material level is automatically controlled to ensure a uniform and stable level in the material tank.
