Operation Control System

The operation control consists of two parts, the electronic control and manual control, the default is the electronic control, and the manual control is used only when there is a fault in the circuit.

The electronic control part consists of microcomputer and sensors and so on. The microcomputer integrates the program control module, safety management module, fault detection module, action execution module and wireless and wired remote control module, and the computer program is developed by our company. The sensor adopts the position sensor with high sensitivity, good weather resistance and high shockproof ability. The operation of the product realizes the function of one-key board up and down, which is simple and safe.

Anti-slip treatment

The new stamping adopts corrugated type combined with anti-skid nail structure, the board surface becomes smoother. It reduces the resistance of the auxiliary wheels on the board, which makes the work easier and the anti-skid performance is excellent.

Flatter, stronger and more durable board surface

The combination of cold press molding, its strength, stiffness and flatness is much higher than the general bending and molding of the pattern plate lay-flat structural panels.

There are only four combination pieces on the panel, which greatly reduces the deformation and welding stress caused by welding; the use of pre-distortion welding process, so that the welding deformation and pre-distortion of the stress between each other to offset the deformation.

Hydraulic systems

Hydraulic oil circuit

The hydraulic oil pipe adopts high-pressure galvanized steel pipe, which has high pressure resistance, good heat dissipation performance, beautiful appearance and durability, and its service life can be synchronized with the upper installation;

The hydraulic pipe joint adopts imported card sleeve type rigid connector (Germany), which greatly reduces the phenomenon of oil leakage and oil seepage at the interface, and the service life can also be synchronized with the installation.

Directional Valve

Adopt imported multi-way directional valve (Italy) and optimize the installation method to ensure the safe operation of multi-way directional valve under various extreme conditions.

Cylinder

The inner walls of the cylinder are all boring and rolling processes, the inner walls of the cylinder are harder, wear-resistant and smoother, and the seals are fully protected;

The piston rods (solid) are all heat-treated, with high hardness and thick chrome plating, which can easily cope with high-intensity operations;

Fully use imported sealing components (Germany, the United Kingdom and Italy's special seal series), and adjust each sealing combination according to different cylinder structures in order to achieve the most perfect state of the cylinder;

The piston support ring adopts imported materials with high temperature resistance and wear resistance, and the design requires the use of a double support ring or a large-area single support ring structure.During wrecking operations, such as when the cylinder is subjected to a large lateral force, the high-standard support ring can ensure the stable operation of the cylinder and avoid damage caused by direct friction between the piston and the cylinder wall, the piston rod and the cylinder head;

The high-precision imported CNC machining center is used to process the cylinder piston and cylinder head to obtain a high standard of sealing.

Lifting structure

Using the telescopic, lifting, and carrying folding actions of the support arm, the damaged vehicle is lifted from the front or rear, and then the whole vehicle is towed away from the scene.There are many structural forms of brackets for wrecker trucks, which can generally hold the axles, wheels, leaf springs, frames, etc. of the wrecker truck, which are easy to assemble and disassemble.
